Job purpose

As an Intern you will assist in building and maintaining our employer brand through various marketing channels. You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team in this role you will work close together with the Global Recruitment Marketing Lead and the Content Designer.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on best practices for employer branding and make recommendations.
• Assist in tracking and analysing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding efforts and job board performance.
• You will be co-responsible for managing content on our LinkedIn career page and Glassdoor. Next to that you will also be responsible for starting and running a project to improve our rating on Glassdoor.
• You will work on a variety of design-related requests from our Talent Acquisition team.
• Creation of impactful content, like ‘career stories’, videos, and testimonials for social media.

Your profile

• Bachelor student in Marketing, Creative Design, Multimedia, or affinity with designing branding materials.
• You are a creative and active student with a lot of energy to take up multiple projects.
• You like to deliver and get things done.
• You like to work within a fast-paced environment.
• You are tech-, social- and digital savvy – affinity with social- and digital media.
• Familiar with content design tools, preferably with Photoshop and Illustrator.
