Descripción del puesto:
TMF Group está en la búsqueda de un Pasante SENA para apoyar el área de Payroll. El candidato ideal será una persona proactiva, con deseos de aprender y desarrollar sus habilidades en gestion de prestaciones sociales y nómina. Como pasante, tendrás la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia práctica en un entorno profesional y contribuir al correcto manejo de administración de personal, calculo y liquidación de nómina de la organización.

Responsabilidades:

- Apoyo en el cargue y revisión de novedades de nómina.
- Calculo y liquidación de nómina.
- Seguridad social.
- administración de personal (resagos, incapacidades, etc).
- Apoyo en la conciliación de cuentas y la elaboración de reportes mensuales.
- Otras tareas asignadas por el equipo de Contabilidad e Impuestos.


Requisitos:

- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a diferentes tareas.
- Buena capacidad de análisis, organización y atención al detalle.
