KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding Employee :

• Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
• On boarding process including Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
• Employee Connect : Drive monthly HR meetings with all employees & resolve concerns by working closely with management.

Reward & Recognition : 

• Timely manage the Monthly/Quaterly/Annually R&R program of the organization.
• Management process Should have good exposure in HRMS & MIS Reports

Should be proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook 

Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDBA (HR)
