  • This role is Technical Content Developer in the Digital Learning Team, part of Global Digital Clients Platform department.
  • Technical Content Developer is responsible for gathering the input, writing content, design and management of training and digital learning materials.
  • Technical Content Developer will manage training material development projects in close collaboration with Operations and Technology functions to support an effective and engaging staff learning experience; as well as creating content for our client communities of users.
  • Technical Content Developer will maintain the training environment for the different platforms, ensuring different service lines are represented, regular updates and correct data is showing following the end to end digital delivery model successfully. Working together closely with the Digital Product Management team, understanding any new features and updates to ensure the environment is ready for Demos and Training.
  • The Technical Content Developer will need to develop an in-depth knowledge of TMF Horizon/Cobalt/HR&P Portal and main focus on the KRAIOS platform and learn the existing and changing features and end to end digital delivery model across all TMF Service Lines.
  • Working very closely with the different teams withing Digital Client Service Management, Digital Product Management and within Operations and Technology.
  • The Technical Content Developer will be responsible for writing, designing, and creating Engaging and Appealing Content to Promote our Training Content and Other projects (Podcast /Client LIVE Forum).
  • The Technical Content Developer will be responsible for writing, designing, and creating Engaging and Appealing Content for all the projects that the Digital Learning Team are involved (Podcast /Client LIVE Forum).

Key FUNCTIONS AND Responsibilities

  • Research and development of content based on the platform / product and client requirements.
  • Enhance user experience by the creation of engaging, effective and interactive training materials and digital learning material.
  • Work closely with, advise and support subject matter experts to ensure the training materials and digital learning content created best fits the needs of all those concerned.
  • Responsibility for the content collection and management of Product and Digital learning and sharing it via company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and webinar trainings, including but not limited to:
  • Collection of input for new training content and digital learning modules
  • Creation of learning curriculums
  • Creation of scripts for voiceovers where required
  • Updating content of existing courses/digital learning material
  • Monitoring of trainee enrolments
  • Maintain the training environments and ensure End to End Digital Delivery Model is followed for the New Generation Digital Platform KRAIOS and Horizon, ensuring the quality of the content and setup on the training environment allows for successful client trainings
  • Promote new digital learning courses/materials via updates and communications to relevant audiences
  • Promote the culture of learning
  • Balance competing demands of different projects for content development in line with the launch of updates and releases
  • Write articles and information on available platforms to promote learning
  • Research and propose new and useful tools for content development./ training needs.
  • Given the scope of this role, the successful candidate must have extensive experience of similar roles in similar organisations.

  • Experience of working in a complex, multi-country professional services, BPO, SaaS or ITO organisation with complex processing requirements

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in an industrial design role with experience designing and developing technical training
  • Minimum of a B.A/B.S in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred. Professional certificates are preferred.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, MS office tools) with the ability to develop reports and manipulate data in Excel
  • Domain experience in Payroll, Accounting and Tax, Entity Management, is preferred
  • Experience in training colleagues on IT applications, experience in knowledge sharing and/or creation of help documentation
  • Knowledge of current and emerging technologies available for digital learning resources
  • Not afraid to look for and leverage different content design models and different tools (video recording, ppts, applications) to create effective technical training content
  • Project management knowledge to ensure the design and development meet requirements of time, resources and administration
  • Familiarity with User Experience/User Interface design related to instructional design would be a plus
  • Well accustomed to the principles of effective learning
  • Experience in creation of training materials for online applications (technical skills and understanding of end-to-end processes supported by online tools) for different learning outcomes and audiences would be a plus
