Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with and guide employees within our South Latam market via inbound calls, live chats, and other platforms to answer all inquiries using HR knowledge and expertise
  • Perform research as needed to fully resolve inquiries
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all information, protect the assets of the Company, report non-compliance and adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures
  • Open-door policy for employees to speak on employee relations matters
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations 
  • Provide suggestions on the enhancements of our guidelines, procedures, or policies that impact our employees
  • Identifies and tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization’s policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Coordinating and support on employee notifications and trainings as required by State labor requirements. This includes reviewing appropriate training materials and modules to meet organization and compliance needs
  • Support and research legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees in an effort to contribute to minimize risk and regulatory compliance
  • Support internal audits
  • Internal payroll supervision

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of Human Resources experience
  • Customer service focused, have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Be a self-starter, have a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a face paced environment
  • Strong time management, critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
  • English Profiency 
  • Payroll experience is a must have

Work Location:

  • Hybrid/remote – Candidate will be required to attend our office in person 2-3 days a week
