Job Purpose

The Corporate Secretarial Associate assists in handling a portfolio of Labuan incorporated entities and ensures that all company secretarial matters of clients are handled.

 

Key Responsibilites

  • Responsibilities include providing secretarial services to a range of client companies.
  • Maintaining and updating statutory records and documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with Group policies and regulations.
  • Preparing and updating minutes and written resolutions.
  • Advising clients on the administration and management of their companies.
  • Conducting due diligence and KYC checks on clients.
  • Assisting the Team Leader with daily operations and reports.
  • Working with the Group Business Improvement team to develop Business Improvement Plans.
  • Performing general administrative tasks and filing, and undertaking special assignments and ad-hoc functions as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with company secretarial and administrative duties

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Degree / Diploma holder and starting ICSA qualification.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm.
  • Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system as an advantage.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
