Discover the role & key responsibilities

Your task will be to ensure flawless payroll service delivery to our clients, who are diverse both in terms of size and business areas, as well as the complexity of the payroll processing agenda.  

You will make sure that payroll processes are in line with local regulations, legal and taxation standards, and procedures and comply with internal and group guidelines and internal auditing requirements (e.g. ISAE certification). 

We expect from you to have an excellent overview of payroll-related legislation since you will keep an eye on ongoing changes and oversee their implementation in practice.  

An integral part of your work will also be the supervision of the year-end processes, annual tax reconciliation, and full annual statutory payroll reporting. 

Your day-to-day work agenda will include administration and supervision of the entire payroll process from A to Z to ensure the smooth running of the client agenda as well as to help our juniors to expand their knowledge. Leading of junior colleagues and revision of their work will be part of your job as well. 

We are looking for an experienced payroll professional who is willing to pass on his/her knowledge to less experienced colleagues.  

We are looking for someone who does not shy away from communication with clients and colleagues since this will form an integral part of your daily routine.    

Even though your English might not be perfect, you can communicate in both written and verbal form (B2 level is preferable). In addition, you must be fluent in Czech (C1) 

We expect a proactive attitude in relation to efficiency improvements that can be made within the team on both process and automation solutions. We also expect you to provide relevant input for client contract management.
