Junior Corporate Controller is part of the Group Finance Control team, responsible for the monthly consolidation of the Group financials, review of the monthly reporting in accordance with IFRS and TMF Group policy, the preparation of the Group Annual Accounts and Quarterly consolidated interim financial statements. You will work closely with Corporate Controller to perform reviews of monthly reporting and connect with our contacts in TMF offices across the Globe, to ensure proper reporting and contribute to the Group Finance transformation program. 

At this role you will have possibility to work fully remote from Serbia and chance to visit our office in Belgrade if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in review of the corporate costs.
• Assist in the group and local audits.
• Assist in external reporting (Annual report, Quarterly reports, CBS, DNB).
• Specific projects and analysis such as capex projects, reporting automation, integrated reporting, statutory compliance oversight.

About you

The successful candidate will have basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles (IFRS). Ability to analyse financial data and perform variance analysis will be necessary for this role. Integrity, team spirit and strong organizational skills are highly valued attributes. This role is suitable for fresh graduates (Economy, Finance & Accounting) without previous work experience. 

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

• Basic accounting knowledge - understanding of accounting principles (IFRS).
• Accounting or finance university background.
• Ability to analyse financial data and perform variance analysis
• Ability to communicate (in writing and verbally) in business English
• Willingness to learn from senior colleagues, take on new challenges
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams in a corporate finance environment
• Proactive – takes responsibility – completes tasks – result-oriented.
• Numerical understanding, analytical.
