Our team in Jersey is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our Private Wealth Family Office.
DISCOVER THE ROLE
As an Administrative Officer in our Private Wealth Family Office, you will support senior team members in managing a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for handling a range of banking, investment, and financial transactions, assisting with client meetings, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist senior team members with the management of client portfolios.
Execute banking, investment, and financial transactions within your authority limits.
Support client meetings by preparing meeting materials and concise notes.
Maintain accurate records and meet daily productivity targets.
Collaborate with the team to monitor debtors and flag any potential issues to your Line Manager.
Ensure ongoing risk management and governance processes are adhered to.
Contribute to the development of existing client and intermediary relationships.
Strive to meet continuing professional development (CPD) targets.
Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, reviewing their work to ensure quality.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of administrative processes, particularly in private wealth or family office environments.
Awareness of risk management principles and governance frameworks.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive attitude, striving for high standards of delivery to clients.
Capable of managing time effectively and working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with TMF Group values and committed to upholding them.
