DISCOVER THE ROLE

TMF Group Jersey is seeking an experienced Associate Director to manage a team and oversee a portfolio of complex Employee Incentive structures. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and operational management. You will ensure high-quality administration services are delivered to our clients while contributing to operational strategies, financial planning, and platform development.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in administering large international pension or savings plans and a deep understanding of Employee Incentive structures.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Portfolio & Team Management: Lead a team in Jersey, managing a complex portfolio of Employee Incentive structures with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality service to clients while adhering to applicable legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients and professional advisers, attending meetings locally and abroad as required.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing workflow, ensuring productivity targets and deadlines are met.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to the team, particularly on complex administrative matters and the development of administration platforms.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all structures comply with local regulations, corporate policies, and ISAE3402 requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for cross-selling TMF Group products and services to clients and intermediaries.
  • Leadership: Mentor team members, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage debtors, approve time submissions, and negotiate fees with clients as required.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional Experience: At least five years of relevant experience, including managerial roles in a fund or employee benefits administration environment.
  • Qualifications: A “Table 4” or “Table 5” professional qualification as defined by the JFSC.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in MS Office with demonstrable experience in administration platforms and risk management.
  • Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations and maintain high service standards.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams, mentoring staff, and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Integrity: Acts with integrity, demonstrating trustworthiness and reliability in all actions.

Completion of probation: (probation is 20 weeks):
