ABOUT THE ROLE

TMF is seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee the SAGRILAFT Program and Corporate Ethics requirements mandated by the Global Compliance Unit. You will ensure adherence to compliance standards, manage risk assessments, and promote a culture of ethical conduct within the organization.

 

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the SAGRILAFT Program and Corporate Ethics initiatives.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related issues and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the Global Compliance Unit to align local practices with international compliance standards.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Address and investigate compliance violations or concerns, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure TMF remains compliant.

 

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related area.
  • Familiarity with SAGRILAFT regulations and corporate ethics frameworks.
  • Experience with auditing processes and compliance assessments.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and compliance management software.
  • Proficiency in English (B2-C1).
