We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

 

Discover the role

TMF is undergoing a transformation of how we deliver services to our clients. As part of this transformation, we established Regional Delivery Centers, where we are delivering various end to end services. As part of a global initiative, we created a Payment HUB in RDC Katowice and are recruiting payment specialists to centralize payment processing services for clients in Europe. 

The primary purpose of the role is to establish and drive efficiencies in the execution of payments within the Accounting & Tax practice. This role will be responsible for payment execution on behalf of TMF Clients in relevant countries in Europe.  

Payment Associate will play a crucial role in building Centralized Payment HUB and will be responsible for its day to day payment processing for relevant countries. Payment Associates will also support all payment process migrations from local offices to RDC. 

At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and execution of payments on behalf of TMF clients
  • Management of day to day payment related questions for TMF clients
  • Act as main point of contact for various stakeholders regarding various questions and queries related to Payment HUB
  • Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to provide advice and guidance as required
  • Assist with resolution of issues to ensure timely payment execution in accordance and compliance with TMF policy
  • Contribute to and lead automation, standardization and improvements and drive these activities within the Team and with the Local Offices
  • Comply with accounting standards, policies and procedures
  • Perform other required duties as assigned

 

Key Requirements

  • Good understanding of Payments and Procure to Pay process
  • Prior experience in a multinational, multiple legal entity preferably in an BPO/Centralized delivery environment
  • 3-4 years of previous experience in a similar role will be a plus
  • University degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics will be a plus
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2 level as a minimum)
  • Collaborate efficiently with colleagues and adapt to diverse cultural and geographical environments    
  • Treasury experience will be an advantage
  • Prior experience in banking sector will be a plus
  • Deliver results with a strong attention to detail and the capability to work autonomously
  • Communicate effectively, demonstrating strong communication, and interpersonal skills
