Job Purpose
The Associate will manage a portfolio of clients and ensure the delivery of the scope of services detailed in the service agreements with our clients. The Associate will also ensure adherence and compliance with all TMF and Department reporting and required processes and filing.

The client scope of services may include HRIS system management payroll, leave, claims, attendance etc. Statutory reporting services such as CPF, IRAS, etc. are expected.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain each Client file which may include filing folders, work instruction, payroll calendar, trusted source, etc.
  • Monthly payroll and CPF calculations and final payment calculation using payroll system,
  • Year-end Forms IR8A and Form IR21 for Foreign employees, where applicable
  • Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure timely delivery
  • Client invoicing
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

Key Requirements

  • Graduate from Poly/University in Business, HR, Accounting or related disciplines / Experienced career switchers or emerging professional / Up to 2 years of relevant experience in international companies or professional firms.
