As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

These services include Global Entity Management, Accounting & Tax, and HR & Payroll. In addition to this, TMF Group is a recognized global player in the administration of Capital Markets transactions and PERE investments, providing a complete range of fund and business services.
TMF is undergoing a transformation of how we deliver services to our latest, global clients. As part of this transformation, we are establishing Regional Delivery Centers, and we are recruiting a team of accounting analysts to centralize statutory financial statement preparation.
The primary purpose of the role is to establish and drive efficiencies in the execution of statutory financial statements within the Accounting & Tax practice.
At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for preparation of statutory financial statements with notes on a timely basis to ensure that all accounting standards and legislative requirements are met
Assist in reviewing financial statements prepared by less experienced team members as needed
Analyze information, reports, ledgers and other accounting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy, recommending appropriate actions and adjustments where required to facilitate planning and decision making
Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to provide advice and guidance as required and to assist with resolution of issues to ensure they can provide accurate, timely and compliant statutory financial statements
Assist in preparation of draft notes and disclosures to financial statements were required to comply with statutory requirements using OneSource technology
Assist with developing and implementing policies, procedures and standards for preparation of input into statutory reporting to continually improve the quality, accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of statutory financial statements
The preparation under tight timeframes of accurate, considered and complete statutory financial statements including basic analysis and notes which meet all legislative and accounting requirements across many countries. Improving processes including reducing duplication, increasing standardization, leveraging technology solutions, fostering and sharing innovation and increasing functional synergies across a large and diverse business base
Key Requirements
University degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field
Approx. 4-5 years working experience in accounting (preferably in R2R process) or auditing
Required experience in preparation of statutory financial statements
Communicate effectively with strong writing, communication & interpersonal skills and fluent in English (B2+)
Prior experience in a multi-country, multiple legal entity preferably in an BPO/Centralized delivery environment would be an asset
Experience working in MNCs or mid-tier audit firm will be added advantage
Desirable: experience working with global software’s such as OneSource, SAP, DAX, Oracle for Financial statements
Ability to work collaboratively with others and comfortable working with diverse culture and geographies
Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work and handle multiple packages of work simultaneously
Demonstrate accountability through communicating open items, issues and deadlines clearly and effectively
Deliver results, attention to detail and capable of working without close supervision
