The Talent and Engagement Intern is a perfect role for a graduate student who is passionate about people and organizational development. You will be part of the global PMO team, reporting to the Head of PMO Talent and Engagement. As we continue to support the growth journey of both the TMF Group and the 9,000+ colleagues, there is an exciting opportunity for you to immerse yourself in a variety of HR project and to understand our Business, and how we contribute to our internal clients and the business strategy as a whole. 

As intern, you will be working for the HR Project Management Office, preparing reports, status updates and overall activity tracking as well as participating in the different HR projects, around topics such as Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Employee Experience. In addition, this internship provides an opportunity to work on a master thesis or research topic if you would like to. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Work closely with the HR PMO and the wider Centre of Excellence teams
  • Being involved in a variety of initiatives: 
  • Supporting project managers with the design and implementation of projects and tracking progress 
  • Reporting and data visualization for HR Steering Committee, Business Steering Committee and Executive Committee 
  • Working with regional and global stakeholders from different functions and Centres of Excellence 
  • Supporting and administrating global projects
  • Supporting in development HR processes, tool, or another HR deliverable (such as competency scan, mentor data base, specific training, or report) 
  • Train and support HR Business Partners on the use of our internal performance management and employee engagement software  

Key Requirements

  • Currently you are in College or University and majoring in any field 
  • Excellent communication skills (working in English) 
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Detail-oriented  
  • Living in the Netherlands and either have an EU passport or a registration at a University for the full period of the internship 
  • Availability for an internship for 6 to 12 months What's in it for you
