DISCOVER THE ROLE

The HR Services Specialist provides comprehensive support to clients on HR-related employee matters, working closely with payroll officers, sales directors, and clients to deliver efficient HR administration that aligns with business objectives. As a trusted advisor, the Specialist ensures policies are followed, escalates issues when necessary, and plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, compliance, and service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play an active role in enhancement of current product, identification of new product and the overall improvement of the service delivery.
  • First line of contact for clients and colleagues on HR Admin related matters
  • Facilitate regular and appropriate (internally and for client) training on relevant policies, legislation and regulations affecting our Client base. 
  • Accountable for overall service & project delivery for Clients, identifying risks and opportunities for retention or growth
  • Support and drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that HR Admin policies and initiatives are known and practiced business wide, whilst effectively building relationships within the office and TMF Group network in order to share best practices;
  • Keep up to date on employment policies & procedures and ensuring correct communication and implementation for clients
  • Accountable for Quality of Delivery according to contractual terms.  
  • Manage CRN process - identify where changes to scope are required relating to existing service lines and location, then define, price, and negotiate the necessary changes. Ensure all contractual and pricing changes are agreed and administered as necessary.
  • Perform any reasonable ad-hoc assignment as requested by management.
  • Support in HR Administration such as on- and offboarding, employee, Life cycle changes, data changes, absence recording/monitoring.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • A finished bachelor’s degree in Law and/or Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration or another related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international organisation as HR Coordinator, HR Officer or HR Generalist;
  • Ability to engage with clients and understand their goals and needs;
  • You are service oriented, pragmatic, collaborative and a strong communicator;
  • Strong coordinating skills, being able to keep track of several different workflows in a high-paced work environment.
