About the role
As the Junior Payroll Specialist in TMF Group, you will be assisting our senior colleagues in providing a world class payroll service to clients in Bulgaria. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of local payroll legislation and will be assisting our senior professionals in end to end payroll processes.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
HR administration;
Payroll calculation for less complex clients under the supervision of Supervisor;
Provide payroll information to clients and organization of payroll related payments;
Written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties;
Labor legislation compliance;
Social security and health insurance compliance;
Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.
About you
The successful candidate has a strong attention to detail and basic knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations and employment laws. The job holder needs to be able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:
Bachelor degree in Economy, Finance, HR or other related field;
Basic knowledge of payroll principles and local tax regulations;
Proficiency in using MS Excel;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations;
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet payroll deadlines;
Excellent communications skills to interact with clients and explain payroll related matters effectively;
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
