 DISCOVER THE ROLE

Join our team and provide high-quality administration to a diverse portfolio of Private and Corporate Client structures. You'll be part of a team based in Guernsey and will contribute to the operational strategies and financial planning of client structures for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be the main point of contact for the day-to-day administration of client structures, being responsible for client communications and correspondence.
  • Attending client meetings and calls, and preparation of minutes or file notes as appropriate.
  • Ensure all client statutory, regulatory and registry filings are prepared and filed, meeting all deadlines.
  • Work with the accounting team to provide back-up required for accounts preparation and audit purposes and assist with collation of data to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate revenue/time recording, invoicing, and collection processes.
  • Ensuring filing and profiling of documents is completed in a timely manner.
  • Accurate preparation of written communications and preparation of statutory documentation, as applicable to the administration of structures.
  • Prioritizing and managing your workload, consulting and escalating issues and exceptions to senior team members.
  • Providing support to other team members as and when required.
  • Gaining and maintaining an understanding of regulatory requirements, both fiduciary and funds.
  • Taking responsibility for personal self-development, working on agreed training requirements and performance goals to ensure ongoing development.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • A-Levels or degree
  • Final stages of relevant professional qualification (STEP certificate/ ACG) advantageous
  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ of funds or/and private wealth related experience as an administrator involved and performing day to day administration of client structures
  • Listening and understanding questions from others both from the clients and from team members;
  • Excellent communication skills required;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to lead by example and set best practice;
  • To be available to address administrators and trainee administrators queries;
  • To be able to demonstrate an ability to delegate tasks but remain accountable for ownership of tasks;
  • To take the lead on the client relationships
  • To assist with the day to day administration of client relationships assigned to other team members as required;
  • Working knowledge of all payment channels: including SWIFT, CHAPS, BACS and Faster payments would be an advantage.
