Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid: In-office once per week)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Client Onboarding Supervisor to join our team in Miami. This individual will be responsible for setting up new clients on the payroll software, ensuring compliance with relevant tax and payroll regulations, and working closely with supervisors and managers to ensure seamless onboarding processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in payroll systems, client onboarding, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the onboarding of new clients into the payroll system, ensuring smooth transitions and proper setup.
  • Configure payroll settings, tax regulations, and other relevant data for new clients.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure the timely and accurate setup of new clients.
  • Lead and supervise the onboarding team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll and tax regulations during the onboarding process.
  • Implement policies and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the client onboarding process.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to onboarding or payroll setup.
  • Manage the onboarding process under tight deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and accurately.

Required Hard Skills:

  • ADP Workforce Now Software (Must have, at least 3 years of experience).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and tax regulations.
  • Experience in client onboarding (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Understanding of coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven experience in policy implementation.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Leadership experience: At least 1-2 years leading teams or supervising others.

Key Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with an office presence in Miami once per week.
