Key Responsibilities:
Maintain relationship with daily client contact.
Handle day-to-day fund services operations with low to medium complexity, including payments processing, posting of cash transactions and perform accounting close for the entities assigned by the Fund Services Manager & senior member of staff.
Maintenance of investor contact database. Conduct the process of disseminating notices and communications to fund investors.
Attend to client as well as investors’ queries.
Perform all fund related work in accordance with the relevant fund documentation and TMF HK’s internal processes & procedures.
Ensure all work is presented in a logical manner for senior staff’s review.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
Completes time sheets in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform other ad hoc work as assigned.
Key Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university or college, Finance or Accounts knowledge or studies is an advantage
1-year relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel
Independent, detailed-mind and well organized
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
