About the role

As the Senior Payroll & Implementation Specialist you will manage a portfolio of clients and help and support team to deliver high quality service to our HR & Payroll clients in Sweden. You will onboard new clients and handover within the team. You will have the senior payroll expertise role. Share knowledge and drive for improvement. Support collogues and clients with more complicated payroll related task. You will report to Payroll Supervisor in Sweden.


Key responsibilities

  • On-boarding of new clients
  • Drive for process improvements and efficiency.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction by providing effective client support
  • Payroll for clients
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly management reports for clients and providing information within agreed deadlines
  • Review/supervise work of team members including KPI’s

Key requirements

  • Senior experience working in HR/Payroll or Outsourcing firm and with good knowledge in systems (Hogia/Kontek).
  • Subject matter expert Swedish payroll, legal framework and taxes
  • Experience with client management
  • Resourceful, independent, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with SLA’s
  • Communicates effectively through written and verbal communication in Swedish and English
