Job Purpose:

In TMF our people, clients and employees, are very important for us. Within our team, from junior to seniors, we have the most brilliant and solution-oriented individuals. That is why we need you as part of our Sales team!

You will be working on a continuous challenging environment where you will have to provide the best services to our international client portfolio and work hand in hand with the rest of the sales team in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Belgium, who will support you and guide you along the way.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the teams in creating and closing local sales opportunities,
  • Bringing in new local business to the market and expanding existing customers within the market.
  • Supporting inbound sales processes by providing with proposals to global sellers, while also upselling and cross selling to an existing client portfolio.
  • Learning how the end-to-end sales process works in TMF and actively using the infrastructure (CRM) that supports this process.
  • At times specific researching assignments will be part of the responsibilities.


What are the key requirements?

  • University's Degree in Business or similar
  • No experience related is required, but will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in MS Office package, along with experience of local accounting ERPs
  • Strong team-playing skills
  • Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment
