Job Purpose

We are on an ambitious journey to leverage innovative technologies which accelerate our business growth and reduce our cost to serve. To achieve this, we are driving a strategic programme to optimise our service delivery model which will require improvements to our technology and ways of working. This includes Implementations of new core delivery ERPs and Workflow implementations, Automations via RPA and IDP, operational processes changes and optimisation of our organisational construct.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technology Analyst to manage projects and/or their workstreams and take responsibility for driving efficiency and innovation across the North America & Caribbean region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own E2E cycle of automations
  • Develop data automations via Alteryx
  • Develop process automations via RPA (PowerAutomate)
  • Act as a superuser/business analyst for Intelligent Document Processing (Inffrd)
  • Act as Superuser for Task mining software set up
  • Act as Superuser/Developer for digital data collection tool (Jotform)
  • Partner with the business to understand business problems
  • Apply knowledge of Agile/other methodology in your daily work
  • Gathers business requirements, formulating logical statements of business problems and facilitating/leading the process for devising solutions to business problems using information technology
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes and business solutions
  • Lead and control the execution of automations through: analysis, design, implementation, hyper-care and benefits realisation phases
  • Identify deployments related risks
  • Troubleshoot and root cause analyze created automation flows
  • Embed quality reviews and governance in all activities
  •  Lead interataction meetings with stakeholders from business
  • Be involved in design & architecture of data driven performance management
  • Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders utilizing business knowledge.
