Discover the role

As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day payroll, including correspondence with the assigned clients. In this job your main goal will be to ensure that TMF’s clients in Serbia are provided with efficient, professional, and high-quality services which meet all statutory obligations across payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate payroll calculation for our clients in the provided payroll system/program;
  • Strict adherence to prescribed deadlines;
  • Reporting to the Tax office and other state institutions, on monthly and annual level;
  • Preparing reports on the payroll calculation;
  • Written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties;
  • Keeping up-to-date with the payroll related legislation of Serbia, organizing the implementation of the respective changes and handling all possible legislation related issues.

About you

The successful candidate is analytical and methodical with experience in end to end payroll cycle. Possesses knowledge of payroll regulations coupled with strong communication abilities. Integrity, team spirit and strong organizational skills are highly valued attributes.

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • At least 3 years of relevant payroll experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy or related field;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is compulsory;
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
  • Analytical and systematical approach to work;
  • Great proficiency in adhering to timelines;
  • Diligence in performing work;
  • Very good command of English (both verbal and written)
