Operations Excellence Manager Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement process improvements across various departments such as Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects to optimize operations and improve process efficiency.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance metrics and dashboards for monitoring operational performance.
Change Management: Facilitate change management in leading and supporting operational and company-wide initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operational standards.
Key Requirements
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in operations management, with a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of supply chain management, business planning, and financial acumen. Experience with data analysis and reporting. This role is crucial for driving operational efficiency and ensuring continuous improvement within the organization
