Our team in Jersey is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our Private Wealth Family Office.

 

Job Overview
As an Administrative Officer in our Private Wealth Family Office, you will support senior team members in managing a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for handling a range of banking, investment, and financial transactions, assisting with client meetings, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. This is a great opportunity to work with a prestigious client base and be part of a collaborative and professional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior team members with the management of client portfolios.
  • Execute banking, investment, and financial transactions within your authority limits.
  • Support client meetings by preparing meeting materials and concise notes.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet daily productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to monitor debtors and flag any potential issues to your Line Manager.
  • Ensure ongoing risk management and governance processes are adhered to.
  • Contribute to the development of existing client and intermediary relationships.
  • Strive to meet continuing professional development (CPD) targets.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, reviewing their work to ensure quality.

 

Your Profile:

  • Understanding of administrative processes, particularly in private wealth or family office environments.
  • Awareness of risk management principles and governance frameworks.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude, striving for high standards of delivery to clients.
  • Capable of managing time effectively and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with TMF Group values and committed to upholding them.
