About the role

In this role you will be providing administrative support on tasks that are related to maintaining of personnel records and HR documents. You will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients for whom TMF Group provides HR & Payroll services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of HR documents (employment agreements, job descriptions, addendums, termination documents, etc.);
  • Support the employees with the preparation of different employment statements (income statements, certificates, etc.);
  • Enter, maintain and update the employee data in the payroll software;
  • Support the payroll team with other HR related tasks;

 

 

About you

To excel in this role, you should demonstrate good communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially is crucial. You are proactive team player eager to learn and grow within HR administration field.

Ideally you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • Enthusiastic about building a strong foundation in HR administrative practices;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Hight attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
