Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the line manager in handling the new business onboarding process.
  • Assist in the preparation of trust establishment documents.
  • Assist in the incorporation of BVI companies under the trust structure, including the preparation and filing of necessary documents.
  • Assist in setting up trust structures, ensuring proper implementation and a high level of precision.
  • Work with the PC Manager and intermediaries to follow up on trust setup and KYC matters.
  • Ensure the KYC documents of new clients comply with our compliance requirements in different jurisdictions and handle the compliance process for new business onboarding.
  • Work with the Trust Administration Team to handle matters related to new trusts and companies.
  • Liaise with our trustees in other jurisdictions to handle matters related to trust setup.
  • Handle invoicing and follow up on outstanding invoices with clients or intermediaries.
  • Upload trust and company documents to our system.
  • Assist the PC Manager in preparing trust application documents and engagement letters for the acceptance of new business.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, intermediaries, and other internal departments regarding the acceptance of new business.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in a business-related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience gained from professional firms is an advantage.
  • Highly preferable to have good experience in the Trustee services field.
  • Experience in corporate secretarial roles is welcome.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
  • Good command of written, spoken, and reading English and Chinese.
