About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Test Automation Developer/Tester with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our global team. This role will focus on the design, development, and execution of automated tests for Dynamics 365 CRM applications, ensuring seamless integration, functionality, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Test Automation suite for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CRM Test Automation and provide guidance on best practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and implement third-party applications and tools to enhance and support the CRM system's functionality and performance.
• Perform in-depth testing of CRM applications, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Lead and participate in analysis sessions with clients to define application requirements for new CRM testing initiatives and improvements.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure quality assurance standards are met for Dynamics 365 CRM and associated Power Platform solutions.

Skills & Expertise Required:

• D365 CRM Testing Knowledge: Strong experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization and configuration.
• Automation Tools: Proficiency in tools such as C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, SpecFlow, Appium and other test automation frameworks.
• Test Suite Development: Experience designing and developing functional, automated test suites in C#, SpecFlow, and EasyRepro for Dynamics 365 applications.
• Software Testing/QA Expertise: Deep knowledge of Software Testing and Quality Assurance methodologies, including End-to-End Testing of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and web applications.
• Defect Management & Requirement Analysis: Expertise in defect management, requirement analysis, and the ability to lead testing activities and sessions to define the scope and deliverables.

• Test Execution through Build/Release pipeline
