Job Purpose:
This position will be working closely with the HR & Payroll Services Team in daily deliverable of excellent services to a portfolio of clients. This will be a 3 months contract role with GRATUITY after completion, starting from beginning of Feb 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR administration services to clients;
Manage the preparation and maintenance of benefit related data/ record to the highest levels of accuracy and performed timely;
Prepare various reports to meet clients’ needs;
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned;
Maintain good relationship with clients
Key Requirements:
At least higher diploma and above;
Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply;
Spoken and written English is required; Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
Detail-minded and numerical sensitive;
Without/less payroll experiences will also be considered, training will be provided;
Immediate available is highly preferred
