As the Payroll Assistant you will be helping our highly skilled payroll professionals in various tasks related to salary calculation. You will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients for whom TMF Group provides word class payroll services.

In this role you will gain valuable experience in payroll, develop your knowledge of payroll practices and build a strong foundation for a career in this field. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of data that are required for payroll processing;
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the payroll documents;
  • Preparation of data related to wages, declarations, reports, posting;
  • Contact with clients and authorities

 

Key Requirements

  • Any internship or previous exposure to payroll would be considered as a great advantage; 
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations;
  • Bachelor degree (Economy, management, mathematics, econometrics)
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communications skills to interact with clients and explain payroll related matters effectively;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders
