Your main task will be active participation in the entire payroll process from A to Z to ensure the smooth running of the client payroll agenda as well as to support our juniors colleagues and help them to expand their knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- We are looking for someone who does not shy away from communication with clients and colleagues since this will form an integral part of your daily routine.
- Even though your English might not be perfect, you can communicate in both written and verbal form (B2 level is preferable). In addition, you must be fluent in Czech (C1).
- We expect from you to have a solid overview of Czech payroll related legislation since you will keep an eye on ongoing changes and help to test their implementation in practice.
- Your task will be to ensure flawless payroll services to our clients, who are diverse both in terms of size and business areas, as well as the complexity of the payroll processing agenda.
- A part of your work will also consist of processing of the year-end payroll activities, annual tax reconciliation and annual tax return agenda.
- We expect from you a proactive attitude in identifying efficiency improvement areas that can be made within the team on both process and automation improvement.
- You possess an advanced level of English language (B2), both verbal and written;
- You are fluent in Czech (C1);
- You have relevant experience with payroll agenda of at least 2 years.
- You have analytic thinking, problem-solving proactive attitude, and good time management;
- You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and have experience with Payroll/ERP systems usage;
- You are flexible, hardworking, and enthusiastic with the ability to prioritize and work under deadlines;
- You are team-oriented and have very good customer skills.
