About the role:
Serve as a first point of contact for our clients regarding legal drafts preparation, company incorporation and corporate services, and provide support to our Operations Team. Join our Global Entity Management Team and work on exciting projects with doing a meaningful work alongside great professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing the MISA applications as fulfilled by the client, creating the MISA account, and submitting the MISA application for obtaining MISA license;
- Applying officially for the Commercial Registration issuance request (English and Arabic);
- Consulting on the required procedures for the corporate services, transferring the ownership, changing the General Manager and similar;
- Submitting all official requests to Saudi Business Center, MISA, and MCI for completing the amendments process;
- All the tasks related to MISA licenses and CR amendments;
- Complete the clients registration’s on governmental portals (gosi, qiwa, SPL, Muqeem etc..)
- Liaising with the on-ground team and respective Client Relationship Manager;
- Advising the team on the requirements, procedures, fees, and timeline for the required portals set up and licenses;
- Maintaining records and documents archive, assisting in translating client’s documents;
- Assisting the Team Leader in research for our client’s queries;
- Issue company stamps for our clients.
About you
To excel in this job, you should be familiar with governmental portals and corporate legal processes. Exceptional client care skills, together with commitment to ethical standards and integrity are also key to success.
Ideally you are meeting following hiring criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law;
- At least 2-3 years of experience either in in-house or law firm role in corporate law field, Government relations, or compliance is an advantage;
- Experience in company incorporation is desirable;
- Knowledge of government laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is essential;
- Previous experience in drafting and negotiating professional services contracts is highly preferred;
- Good understanding of data privacy and international data law would be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills are mandatory;
- Ability to communicate and interact well with clients, external stakeholders, business partners and colleagues.
- Great MS Office and research skills.
