Job purpose 

The FATCA CRS Compliance Associate will be responsible for accurate consolidation, preparation and filing of AEOI (Annual Exchange of Information) reporting. They will require strong internal client relationship management and efficient service delivery skills to support the relevant TMF client teams in delivery of AEOI requirements for multiple jurisidictions.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Review and classify entities for CRS and FATCA;
  • Support client teams in the completion of AEOI documents as required;
  • Undertake annual reporting on behalf of TMF BI&I for FATCA/CRS and other AEOI as required;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local tax rules and compliance relevant to AEOI requirements per jurisdiction;
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures;
  • Support the development and implementation of new operational processes to enhance service delivery and drive cost efficiencies;
  • Support the build and maintenance of procedure manuals and templates for AEOI per jurisdiction;
  • Build a first-rate professional relationship with local client teams;
  • Assist local client teams with general queries around AIEO reporting;
  • Use specific software programs and maintain company databases as required.

 

About you

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in a similar role;
  • Resourceful, independent and strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with strong ability to plan ahead and organise;
  • Analytical structured mind set with ability to follow and build upon existing processes and ensure data is maintained with accuracy and consistency;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook is essential.
