ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. This role will have an understanding of business operations, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to drive continuous improvement within the organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-The successful candidate will be expected to play a critical role in providing comprehensive configuration support for the effective implementation of service delivery processes, ensuring that all aspects of the workflow tool are properly set up and integrated.

-Working closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee that all milestones are met within the established timeframes, and that the final delivery meets the highest quality standards.

-Will require to provide ongoing, hands-on support to the Business Analyst team throughout the entire workflow implementation process and that the workflow tool continues to operate smoothly and effectively

KEY REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, -Finance, or other equivalent experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
