About the role

The Junior P2P Specialist is responsible for variety of procure to pay tasks for one or more countries, including processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses, bank statements and payments.

As a Junior P2P Specialist, you will be supporting the end-to-end procure to pay process also with vendor queries resolution and vendor maintenance process. You will have an opportunity to gain more complex knowledge and experience in P2P area.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and review invoices and/or other documentation for completeness and compliance with defined policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper matching of invoices with the payments.
• Resolution of vendor queries.
• Employee expenses processing, including travel related costs.
• Prepare payment proposals. Prepare and process payments run.
• Cash management, prepare cash forecast.
• Interact and interface with TMF Local offices and other Group departments and other relevant stakeholders as and when required.
• Follows defined internal policies and procedures.
• Support activities related to Internal Controls and Audits.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc supporting data for reporting based on requests from Senior team members.
• Creating entries in accounting system (based on instructions received from more senior team members).

Ideally you meet the following hiring criteria:

• Student or graduate, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 1 year of experience in similar position is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting rules.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness.
• Proactive, can-do attitude.
• Good command of English and Hungarian is mandatory (both verbal and written).
• Good communication and analytical skills and ability to work in the team.
• MS Office knowledge.
