TMF is looking for Bilingual Payroll Assistants to support our Payroll team in Miami and perform the following tasks:
Key responsibilities
Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, including data entry, calculations, and verification of hours worked.
Support the maintenance of payroll records and employee information in the payroll system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, providing assistance and resolving issues as needed.
Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, including earnings statements, tax filings, and other relevant documentation.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements in payroll operations, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and handle sensitive data with discretion.
Key requirements:
Professional or Student in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Prior experience in payroll processing or related administrative roles is desirable.
Familiarity with payroll software systems (e.g., VISMA, SARA, SOFTLAND) and Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
