TMF is looking for Bilingual Payroll Assistants to support our Payroll team in Miami and perform the following tasks:

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, including data entry, calculations, and verification of hours worked.
  • Support the maintenance of payroll records and employee information in the payroll system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, providing assistance and resolving issues as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, including earnings statements, tax filings, and other relevant documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements in payroll operations, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and handle sensitive data with discretion.

Key requirements:

  • Professional or Student in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in payroll processing or related administrative roles is desirable.
  • Familiarity with payroll software systems (e.g., VISMA, SARA, SOFTLAND) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
