Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Commercial Assistant to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Sales and Relationship Management colleagues, both locally and globally. You will assist in the sales process by managing CRM administration, preparing proposals, generating reports, and handling sales-related tasks. Additionally, you will support key sales projects by gathering and organizing data from various sources such as CRM, Company.info, Power BI, ViewPoint, and SEO.Next, creating accurate and insightful reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Sales and Relationship Management teams throughout the sales process.
Assist in generating CRM numbers, preparing standard proposals, and updating, managing, and closing opportunities in CRM.
Maintain and update internal databases, templates, and sales-related records with consistency and accuracy.
Support the team with vendor requests, NDA handling, and other sales-related documentation and processes.
Assist with datamining and creating sales reports using various platforms such as CRM, Company.info, Power BI, ViewPoint, and SEO.Next.
Play an active role in organizing and hosting TMF corporate events, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information across multiple systems and sources.
Participate actively in the TMF community, taking opportunities to learn and grow within the organization.
Who You Are:
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a commercial, sales, or business development environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data management tools, experience with platforms such as Power BI or SEO.Next is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently while contributing to a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in learning about business operations and the ability to grow within a global organization.
