Key Profile:

  • Financial reporting under IGAAP and US GAAP.
  • Coordination with stakeholders over reporting
  • Prep of statutory FS, liaising with auditors, attending to audit queries and timely replies
  • Cash flow / liquidity management.
  • Internal financial controls and perform variance analysis.
  • Interface with auditors.
  • Manage direct and indirect tax and reporting under applicable statues.
  • MIS and Reporting.
  • Accounts payable and payments to vendors.
  • Accounts receivable
  • Fixed assets and depreciation
  • STPI filing knowledge (additional)

 

Qualification Required:

Chartered Accountant (3-5 years of experience)

 

Additional skills required:

  • Good verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with financial management software.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills.
  • Problem solver and critical thinker mind-set.
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and be hands-on.
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Willing to learn and a Team player
